Cutting Board care
Wash your board after each use with warm, soapy water. You may use vinegar or lemon juice to remove odors. To sanitize, use 1 T. of bleach into a gallon of water or rinse with 3% Hydrogen Peroxide. After washing or sanitizing, rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly. DO NOT wash in dishwasher.
Regular application of Howard's Butcher Block conditioner will help maintain the beauty and function of your board.
Never use corn, olive, or vegetable oils as they will become rancid in time.
